Silk Screen

Mil Spec boasts a top-tier silkscreen department, capable of taking your silkscreen project from design to finished product. We can  work with any art film positives you provide. From there, we prepare and process the screen for ink application.

Our skilled printers are experienced in handling multiple colors, overlays, and even printing on multi-dimensional parts.

We offer a variety of ink colors for printing, with basic options available in-house. The inks we use are permanent, two-component epoxy-based, providing excellent adhesion. They can be cured at either elevated or room temperature. Our inks have proven highly effective on a range of applications, including electronic components, aerospace parts, and industrial and commercial products.

In addition, we offer engraving filling services. You provide the engraved part, and we will fill it with your choice of ink color. Our engrave filling process has been particularly successful with both military and commercial parts, whether they are painted or anodized.
